Orders for physical products can be canceled before placing the order without any penalty. After this period, cancellation may not be allowed if the product has already been shipped.

Fixed-Price Services: Clients can cancel their applying and buying services at any time, but refunds will not be provided for any remaining period of the services.
Discussion-Based Services: Since these services are customized, cancellations must be made within the agreed-upon time frame during the contract discussion. Cancellation policies and fees will be defined in the agreement with the client.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by contacting us. However, please note that once canceled, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription.
Refunds will be issued for products returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Shipping fees for returns may apply, unless the product was defective or damaged.

No refunds are provided for subscriptions once the billing cycle has started. You will continue to have access to the subscription until the current period ends, after which your subscription will be terminated.
Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
